Fishing Report:
Well, the flows are above normal, temps are below normal and fishing seems to be hanging on and from most reports it has remained pretty darn good. Bug activity has been a bit better over the past week. Seeing spruce moths, good hopper action, some drakes, and fish are definitely looking up again. It's definitely raft time though, flows are low enough I wouldn't put a drift boat on this unless you had to.  Ants and hoppers have been just getting going over here as well, streamer fishing is reserved for the early mornings only, forget about it for the rest of the day. Best dry fly fishing from late morning through late afternoon right now, perfect gentleman's hours. Glad to see the river is healthier than it has been in years. Big fish in skinny water... What more could you ask for over here? It's mid August and the river hasn't closed yet!!!!!!!!!!
