We saw a bunch of new faces and a lot of familiar ones at our 2nd Annual BBQ and we've already made plans for another one next year! Thanks for making this event so much fun to put on the past couple of years and we look forward to another one next year!
Saturday Clinics in May Are Done!
For all of you who stopped by and took advantage of the free clinics throughout May, thanks and glad that you enjoyed them. For those of you who didn’t, you missed out on a lot of good information that you’d pay hundreds of dollars for elsewhere! But not to worry, we’ll have them again next year.
Weekends with the Legends
This season's popular tying workshops have concluded. It was another great year featuring Bob Jacklin, Tom Travis, Bob Krumm, Trapper Badovanic and many others. We never stop tying however, so stop in for tips, tricks and materials anytime.
Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Fly Tying Classes
We have the best classes in the valley using tried and true techniques passed down from over 40 years of experience featuring techniques from Al Troth and other renowned tiers. A better set of instructors you will not find, as our classes are taught by Kris and Dave Kumlien and Willy Self. Classes are offered throughout the fall and winter. Look for a full schedule in September.
Suds, Bugs & BS
We've wrapped up another year of SBB until this next fall. It's a night of fly tying fun, joining guys and gals of all ages as we sit around and talk fly fishing and fly tying and enjoy being out of the house in the winter!!! This is free and open to the public and all we ask is that you bring your own fly tying materials and vice and enjoy yourself. It's every Thursday night from 6:00pm till Kris closes the doors! We'll get these started again in October, and if you've missed out on these, seriously short of something illegal there isn't anything better to do in Bozeman on a Thursday night during the winter...
