Payment: Guided trips can be paid for with cash or card (AMEX included). A trip deposit of $100 per boat can be left in shop or over the phone to hold your reservation at the time of booking. Private water rod fees, licensing, guide gratuity, and fly shop purchases will be added to your final invoice.

Cancellation Policy: Montana Troutfitters is not responsible for inclement weather, airline issues, water conditions, or car rentals. Guide trips can be cancelled 30 or more days prior to your trip for a full refund of your deposit. Within 30 days, your deposit is nonrefundable. Cancellations received within 24 hours or your scheduled trip or no shows will be charged the full the price of the trip. No Exceptions.

Weather Issues: Here at Troutfitters we fish rain, snow, or shine. Pack accordingly. Rain coats, sun screen, and an extra warm layer are strongly encouraged.
