The recent closure from the North Fork of the Big Hole River to Dickie Bridge has been lifted, as of Aug 25. It is the only section of the river currently open for fishing
The existing closure upstream of the North Fork remains in place as well as the spawning closures downstream of Dickie Bridge that took effect Oct. 1 2025
Consider fishing other waters to allow the Big Hole some much needed rest.
